About Me
About Me
I was born in Rome 50 years ago.
I discovered astronomy when I was child. My first book was Patrick Moore’s “Astronomy”.
My first scope was a 60mm refractor and I used it to see the Moon, Jupiter and Saturn from the balcon of my house in Rome.
Married to Maria, a teacher, have three sons ( Silvia, Marco and Fabrizio).
I live and work in Novara (North Italy) and attempt astronomy from Valle D’Aosta, an Italian Country famous for the mountains (Monte Bianco, Monte Rosa, Cervino, etc...). Other interests are chess, postage stamps, comics and climbing.
